El Nour Academy provides educational services rather than physical products. This policy explains when a payment may be refunded or credited.
Refund Requests
Please contact us within 7 days of payment if a charge was made in error or if the student is unable to begin the purchased program.
Classes Already Delivered
Fees for classes already delivered are non-refundable. If a partial refund is approved, the value of completed classes and any non-refundable processing fees may be deducted.
Missed or Rescheduled Classes
Classes missed by the student or cancelled without reasonable notice are generally non-refundable. If Smart Mind Crafts cancels a class, a replacement class or credit will be arranged.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider.
